Ian Dougan - Writer/Director


Ian Dougan has a long and strong history of working on numerous network and primetime productions for broadcasters that include BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Living TV & National Geographic.

Ian has produced, directed and secured numerous commissions on a mixture of high profile entertainment series, factual programming and documentaries.

Outside of television producing and directing, Ian has worked on various other areas, from script writing of the Channel Four children’s series, ‘The Vibe’, to producing and directing the sell-out West End show, ‘Torch Songs’.

In an attempt to keep him on his toes, Ian has produced on "The BRIT Awards" in 2006 & 2008. The greatest challenge of which was to harness the collective talents of The Osbourne family!

‘Show Me the Mummy – The Face of Takabuti’ has proven to be the most rewarding professional experience of Ian’s career.

Tom Maguire - Producer


Tom’s background is primarily in the financial aspects of film making. He was production accountant on a number of significant European feature films, including Thomas Vinterberg’s ALL ABOUT LOVE, as well as the Irish productions MYSTICS, HEADRUSH, FREEZE FRAME, ON THE EDGE and THE BORSTAL BOY.

Tom is a graduate of the Film Business School, EAVE and Reading University , has produced nine shorts, two plays, three features and four documentaries, two of which he also directed. He has been instrumental in developing co-production relationships for Borderline with a number of international companies. He speaks German and Dutch, reads Danish, Swedish and Afrikaans and is learning Spanish, Italian, Polish and Irish

Tom now splits his time between Ireland and South Africa.
